Rachel Pack is a dynamic chorus director and vocal educator known for her clear musical vision, collaborative leadership, and joyful commitment to helping singers grow with confidence. As the director of Northwest Mix, she brings together technical know‑how, expressive artistry, and a warm, encouraging teaching style that lifts singers of every level.
A long-time barbershopper, international competitor, and experienced choral director, Rachel has built a reputation for strong vocal instruction, thoughtful rehearsal design, and a knack for shaping ensembles that sing with authenticity and heart. Her background includes directing Jet Cities Chorus and coaching singers across the Pacific Northwest—experiences that have helped her become a versatile, intuitive, and delightfully energetic leader in the a cappella community.
Rachel's approach centers on healthy vocal production, emotional connection to the music, and creating a rehearsal space where singers feel supported, challenged, and inspired. Whether she's in front of the risers or working one‑on‑one, she's dedicated to helping each singer discover their fullest, most expressive voice—and have a great time doing it.
